If you feed your dog a balanced diet (we use the raw diet: balanced over a week: read up articles on this) they shouldn't really need the extra nutrients, but this is really good for puppies that grow at a ridiculous rate to mix into their food. Mix it well in or else they could get sick of the taste, which is what I noticed with my puppy after 8 months old, but she's a fussy princess most dogs chow down anything you give them.

Good product seems to do the job for my dog with hip issues.

My dog had it twice on her food, after that she wouldn't go near it. She just wouldn't go near it at all.I must say the smell was not very nice at all.Probably been better in a tablet form.

Sorry to hear that your dog wouldn't take Bouncy Bones in her food. We have our customer guarantee for these, thankfully occasional, circumstances. The fishy smell is the green lipped mussels, which are brilliant for lubricating the joints and helping with inflammation. The powder form has a much higher efficacy to tablets.

My dog seems to really enjoy the taste and we have noticed a definite improvement on his ease of movement within 2 weeks of starting it . He is able to run up the stairs again

My dog seems to like the flavour even tho I don’t like the smell! Also as far as I can tell Bouncy Bones is keeping her pain free. She was stepped on by a child when she was 9 weeks old which dislocated her hip and damaged ligaments etc. It’s been a long and expensive up hill journey but now at nearly 2 years old she seems well mended. The Bouncy Bones is used to strengthen weakened areas and alleviate any pain that her mad running around may cause. One point a customer complained about the ridiculously short handle on the scoop. I’m not helpless, so being a bit of a DIY person and inventive I simply shaped and taped a lolly stick to the scoop and cut it to the length required. But yes the scoop is not fit for purpose, when near the bottom of the tub you can’t get your fingers in, to scoop the powder out.

Used for health and fitness of all my dogs young and older. Can't judge yet long term effects but would say positive all round. Am very happy with product.
