“The knife is great and just what I was hoping for and deserves 5 stars. But the delivery was terrible and the store didn't reply to my e-mails til I called them and asked about the delivery. It took almost 2 month to get the knife. After talking to a very polite man on the phone the delivery was sorted in a much better way.”
“The product itself is excellent. High quality and have no complaints about it at all. However, two other elements made this purchase disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, customer service is very slow to respond to any message. My order wasn't shipped for three or four days after I placed it and it was only when I got in touch was it all sorted out. If I hadn't emailed, Buck would have my money and I'd still have no product. When in dialog with customer services it took 24 hours to get a response to each message which leads to a very slow conversation! When the product did finally arrive, the packaging was so poor. The product was boxed and packaged in a cardboard sleeve which had obviously been crushed on its way to me which meant the product box itself was destroyed by the time it got to me. I was considering buying another one of these as a gift but you can't give a gift to someone in a destroyed cardboard box! Would be so easy to protect the product by packaging it properly.”
