Hi Nigel, Sorry to hear you are not happy with your product, we will gladly supply you with another tool free of charge. Rather than sending back would it be possible for you to send me a photo to matt@outdoor365.co.uk?
We dont use a clamp as part of the engraving process so I can only assume this is a manufacturing defect which wasnt picked up on.
