Hi Lee, a smear of toothpaste is the perfect amount to use for children under the age 3 and then it increases to a pea-sized amount both amounts are sufficient for little ones requirements.
“I got this as my 3mth was forever chewing on his normal dummy to the side then spitting it out - this stays in his mouth and must hit all the right spots he needs by chewing it.
He does get bored of it now & again (as all babies do of everything) but when needed most, it works”
