“We have not actually been able to use this on our little one yet as he seems to have an aversion to brushes in general, odd as he initially liked them. (Your chewable tooth brush saved us though.) but the design is lovely, great for little hands, tooth brush head is a great shape and size and the little light gives them something interesting to look at. Shame it does notcome with a cover for the tooth brush heads given that its for little mouths, otherwise its great value and a good design! Thank you!”

Familiarise baby with the toothbrush before even attempting to use it - so they become used to the newness . Then mimic using it on your own teeth and you know who will want to have some of the action then! It all takes time.
“Would love to give this toothbrush more stars, however within only 3 weeks it was dropped by my little one and its snapped in a way that I will need a whole new unit. Upon further researching it seems this is quite a common flaw. Such a shame as my little one loves it, however it needs to be much more durable to withstand the age range its targeted for!”

Although the toothbrush is aimed at 0-3 year olds and they LOVE to exert their independence we advise parental supervision when brushing their teeth at this age.
Our Customer Service Department will email you to obtain a BB Order number or date and location where you purchased the product they will be happy to send you an SAE to return the product to investigate the breakage, refund your money or supply you with a replacement toothbrush.

“My daughter is 2. She loves this toothbrush and so do I. She uses the 18-36 month brush head and we have no use for the 0-18 month brush head. I do wish there was an option for the first purchase of this brush to choose which brush heads you would like because I would have picked two 18-36 month brush heads because I honestly can not use the one for 0-18 months. I am happy that they offer replacement brush heads though. its just when you first purchase there is no option to choose, you just get one of each brush head. Either way its a great brush and we have had no issues with it. She loves it.”
