“We havent really had ours in use for long . We bought in advance so didnt use for a long while and now that we are using it the head will no longer attach so we got maybe 3 months out of it which is very disappointing as the product would be great otherwise as nice idea”
Hi Andrea, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Looking at the photographs it seems as if the replacement brush-head may not have been put into the correct position when you replaced it. If you email customerservice@brushbaby.co.uk with the date of purchase, order number (if you have got one) and/or purchase location, they will aim to replace this for you.

Hello Terri, glad your toddler loves our BabySonic Toothbrush. As you mentioned about transitioning using the toothbrush to its full effect, you are right it takes time. Initially try to use the toothbrush as a manual toothbrush and then gradually introduce it as an electric toothbrush to familiarise your little one with the new sensation. you are doing everything correctly by taking baby steps rather than forcing which can sometimes result in refusal.
