“I have concerned when I open the first packet of wipes to find that it had a stain on it. I sent an email as I did not not feel comfortable putting any of the wipes in my daughters mouth. I did not hear back from them so I called customer service. They apologised and said it was a manufacture fault and I would be sent one of their new and improved versions out. its been a week now and I am still waiting for my new package.”

“Iv started using it recently. its ok,as in I think the design should have been more like a glove for the finger.This has a trim around it so for a small baby its quite a mouthful and its difficult to clean his mouth properly.
In terms of what is on the wipes,it has no smell or anything so I do not know,going by what they say and that its good for the baby.”

we are a little bit confused as our Teething Wipes are a fingersleeve design, which can be slipped onto a finger and our DentalWipes are of the small square-sized design. The DentalWipe can be wrapped around an index finger and used in a similar fashion to the fingersleeve design. In terms of fragrance and taste there is only a hint of fragrance. Teething Wipes have added Camomile to soothe gums and both types of Wipes contain Xylitol which is a natural sugar, and helps to neutralise any bacteria which may be present in your little ones mouth.

We are sorry to hear the TeethingWipes are not suitable for your little one. The DentalWipe may be a more acceptable product for your child at an early stage, DentalWipe is a single wipe that can be wrapped around the finger. Also containing Xylitol to create a bacteria free environment.
