I was really pleased that when I requested prompt delivery because it was needed as a birthday gift, that this was attended to with care and consideration and good communication. I was disappointed that I could't see a way to view the length or thickness of the chain when shopping online and was diappointed that it was so "light-weight" when it arrived. Nevertheless the gift was well received.”
