“The item was perfect including the inscription on the back. Absolutely no problem with the item.
However, I was assured when I placed the order that I would receive it on Wednesday 31st. of January.
I needed it for a retirement presentation on 1st. February. The item did not arrive until 2nd. Feb.
If I had known that it would not arrive as specified I would have purhased something else locally.
To make matters worse I had to pay an additional 5 Euro to post it on to the retiree. I was very disappointed not to have the item for the presentation.”
