“The chain is absolutely beautiful, so delicate looking and feminine. My sister will love it. It is for her 40th birthday. It says her name. I requested a gift bag and they put one in without hesitation so I was pleased with that. I was very disappointed in the actual presentation and packaging of product though but I raised this upon receipt at the time. Doreen responded to say they would improve on this. It arrived in a brown padded envelope with the address handwritten on, the gift bag was creased and the jewellery box was slightly dented. And the chain had a knot in it. I was disappointed as I was expecting more as their website looks and has a feel of professionalism about it so I was let down by that. That being said, the product itself is beautiful.”
