“Used this for 2-3 years and loved it. But last purchase they have changed it. No tingle at all and any glycolic cream I’ve purchased over the years has some tingle that’s glycolic! And not the same consistency. I usually wake up to my skin still feeling plump and treated. Not with this new formula. Disappointed.”

Hello. The formula hasn't changed but as you have been using our products since 2017, your skin will become accustomed to acids which means you won't notice the tingle as much. There may be some mild variations in each formula due to the natural ingredients used, but the quality and effectiveness will always be the same. Hi Alison, if you find it's too strong for your skin, try using it as a face mask instead and wash off after 20 minutes. It's also an amazing treatment for the back of your hands.
