We're sorry to hear this cream wasn't suitable for you, this moisturiser is very strong and not recommended if you haven't used our lower strength acids first, this treatment is an advanced formula for skin that is already accustomed to acids. For gentler results it can be used as a face masque and rinsed off after 10-20 minutes depending on skin sensitivity.
