“this is by far the best sauna suit on the market. I have 2 others from other brands but when I cam across this, there's no going back. I use it for all my training since I got it.
The sizing for me it perfect.
For reference. Im 5.9, 38 inch chest, 32 waist and 77kg. The fit for me is great because I don't want it to be too loose but be careful when taking it off as it does stick to you and you could easily pop the stitching.
It will leak around the stitching but that happens with all sauna suits. Now where this excels is:
1. Its really light and movable. Its the lightest one I have. Others heavyweight sauna suits have a thick pvc lining so it doesn't tear but with this you get the same strength at a fraction of the weight.
2. The sweat you get on is second to none. The evidence is clear.
3. The elastic neck will get some getting used too because at first it was a little tight but i soon got used to it. It helps keeping the heat and sauna effect trapped in.
A few tips for my fellow buyers is you can adjust the cuffs but sweat will always drip down towards your hands and watch (i use a running watch) so the way I found to fix this is, I use wrist sweat bands and that soaks up the sweat so it doesn't drip everywhere.
The only negative for me is not in the product but I brought it at £59 and the label says £49? Apart from that this is definitely the best on the market from the ones I've used. Obviously there was a reason I kept changing sauna suits over time. But I won't be looking elsewhere when I need another one. Already recommended this to friends.”
