“The sauna suit is good but pants are to tight im afraid to use them in plyometric workouts due to the jumping and leg separation i feel like they are going to rip so i took them off for my insanity work out which was a bummer since i like to use the complete suit will only use for running and thats that i bought a large suit instead because of the reviews but pants were not mobile Enough in groin area so i will not use them while doing plyometrics only running top end was good really like the material but hopethe pants dont tear as all my other brands did.”

“One of the greatest investments an athlete can make, make sure you go a size up as suggested. I have a tall lean build and usually wear LARGE hoodies but MEDIUM t-shirts. And LARGE for anything bottom related. And I made a mistake of buying Large sauna suit, just about fits.
Made a mistake of ordering LARGE Sauna Suit so I’m going to have order an XL as they don’t do refunds with the Sauna Suit due to hygiene.
Don’t make the same mistake I did, if you wear medium and large, save yourself and get XL you’ll thank me for it.”
