“As an update, they gave me credit for these, but as soon as they had they sent me an email to change the rating of my review. Having now experienced their customer service, it doesn't surprise me that it was all about the review. Style over substance. wraps look great, and the logo print makes it easy to make sure you're putting them on the right way round for the velcro. I was disappointed with how thin they are though. They don't offer the support I'd hoped for. Plus there are tears appearing and I've only used them once.
