“The towel looks and feels lovely with smart co-ordinating binding at each end. It's the biggest hand towel I've ever had - 18.5"/47cm wide x 39.5"/100.5cm. It smelt funny so I hand washed it and the dark blue dye came out. No warning of this on the care label. The worst thing, which I've never experienced before, is that when I dry my hands or face, the towel leaves dark blue fluff that clings onto my skin, so I've had to stop using it. There must be a process which every other towel I've had in my 74 years has been through, removing such fluff before being sold. Please tell me what I have to do to rememdy this problem. The first wash was clearly not enough.”
