“I ordered the same size as always of this style of pyjamas (I have ordered plenty of pairs previously) but they proved far too long in the sleeve and in the leg and had to be returned. I paid £4.50 to have them delivered and was then charged a further £3.00 to send them back. Poor service.
I shan't be ordering from Bonsoir again despite many years of being a customer!”
