“I accidentally ordered the wrong size but Maxine, form your Customer Services department, managed to retrieve it before it was posted. Sadly, no XL in Midnight, but I was very happy to have it in a different colour. It was despatched very speedily, and I am very delighted with it.”
“I already have one of these which I like so much I felt the need to get another. I got the size wrong though, and I was surprised by how much difference one size larger makes. It’s vast. I couldn’t send it back because, knowing I would like it as much as my first one, I destroyed the packaging before noticing how much too big it is.”
