“Somewhat disappointed that the back cannot be worn with the back up, so not sure why the back is there at all as it would also be more comfortable if it wasn't there”

Hi Cliff, we're sorry you are disappointed with your slippers. The design is traditional for Moroccan slippers of this type and the back fastened down makes the sole more durable at the heel, but for a slipper with a back that can be worn up our Berber Babouche slipper is a perfect choice.

“Love these. Simple, elegant—perfect house shoes. Leather smells a bit funky at first but that dissipates after a few days out of the bag.”

“Good quality leather. Very comfortable to wear and warm but far too wide fittiing for me so no good for use on stairs as they fall off”
