“I was a little scared at first. I had done some research and found that using a rowing machine was a great exercise for the whole body. This rower put all of my fears to rest almost immediately. Once I started using it, I couldn't have been more thrilled. I started on the lowest setting (1) and rowed for about 20 minutes. Over the next 2 weeks, I increased my time to 30 minutes. Once I was there I started increasing the resistance and exercising for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week after work. And, it feels really good to break a sweat after sitting at a desk all day. This rower gets my blood flowing and I find myself solving some work problems while I'm using the machine. I can already see a difference in my body in the past 7 weeks. My arms and chest are toning up. My belly is getting flatter (of course diet and walking every day are also helping with that). This is an exercise machine that I will continue to use for a long time to come.”
