Dear Philip, Thank you for your kind review and for reaching out for assistance - the Just can't Wait Card is designed to help you communicate quickly and discreetly, an urgent need to use a toilet in a shop, cafe or other venue when you're out and about. If you applied for a card online, you should have been guided to directly download the digital version of the card to your smartphone. If you have applied for a plastic card we required a paper form to be completed and payment made before we can dispatch a card to you.
