Dear Geoffrey, We're very sorry to hear this - we're actively trying to resolve this with an awareness campaign with businesses, but this of course takes time to filter down to customer-facing staff. In order to keep the cost of the card low (and indeed free) we have kept the design as simple as possible, we do however take on your comments and will address them with a new product review. “I have only recently installed the digital JUST CAN'T WAIT card to my phone. Unfortunately of the few people I have asked in a hotel and a restaurant they had not heard of the idea but were receptive to its concept.”
