“Has been so helpful in shops that say 'don't have public toilets ' and when show card they suddenly become helpful and let you use staff toilets. Haven't once been 'refused' when show card. I can't hold pee and if any say no I would have to do in very nearest place. Have had police called on me twice but was no charges when showed card. I just said had to, couldn't walk rest of day with pi__ed trousers!!”

“Fantastic idea, the e-card is so easy to use and gives you confidence to ask to use the facilities of an establishment even if you are not a customer. I would recommend it to anyone with a medical condition that causes urgency.”
