Same happened with the Elephant scarf that I sent back.
I can wear this one tho but still looks different than advertised”
“This is indeed a beautiful scarf - it is SO soft!. However, on receipt I realized that I had chosen the wrong colourway for my skin tone. I mailed it back immediately (Friday) and this morning (Monday) I called the company to explain the situation. The person I spoke to was extremely pleasant and understood completely. We will wait until the scarf makes its way back to the UK from Canada, then they will send the replacement to me. The company will cover the cost of postage for an exchange once, which I think is very generous. I'm very much looking forward to receiving the scarf, and I just hope my second choice is the correct one this time!”
