While purports to be cashmere it doesn't feel in any way premium. The item is essentially two rectangles of knitted material sewn together along one of the long sides, with a gap along one of the sewn edges making a rudimentary hole for your head to pop through. Putting it on and it all looks a bit awkward as if had been home made.
The material is quite loosely knitted and so is quite light, but not really in a good way.
Because of its lightness - you could probably screw the poncho and put in a coat pocket - it feels like an item for spring / summer and definitely not for winter.
Totally not at all special or premium. Was a gift for my mother, she looks a bit non-plussed and I felt deflated - I left her the receipt and option of return if she wished.”
