Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“Having made a purchase on 27/10/16 I was informed that the item had been dispatched on 28/10/16 and I would receive the same 31/10/16 - 1/11/16. I phoned on 2/11/16 and was told as it had went by royal mail they had no idea where it was and could not track the same (as a matter of fact as of today I have still not received the original order) said I would give it another day. Phoned again on 3/11/16 and after a discussion with the manager it was agreed he would send it by courier and I received it the following day. Note it was me who had to make the phone calls and at my expense. Perhaps they should investigate their delivery service programme”

“Ordered renal failure cat food sachets ... waited till end of E bay delivery times given (about 7 days) .. Nothing arrived Asked where my order was ..Out of stock apparently! Yes got a full refund but why didn't they inform me it was out of stock when I ordered it ? Steve”

“I had difficulty ordering on line and was told nothing had gone through and I had not been charged so I would need to order again which I did (not easy) only to be charged twice and get two deliveries which will last quite a while. Someone or something needs attention to put this right. What would you have done if one of the payments had been refused. Put me as a bad risk?”
