Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“package did not arrive was due between 16 - 18 th December 2017. when it did not arrive I contacted seller on three occasions - only to be told that the package has been sent and maybe delayed with courier. When I explained that is not good enough this now being the 21st and still no arrival. I asked for a refund and had to raise a case through ebay to eventually get my refund. So most disappointing.”

“Delivery took longer than expected. When I emailed asking if my package had been dispatched, I never got an answer. I also emailed them when the parcel finally did arrive to say it had reached me - again no answer. If you're an internet-based business - please be contactable!”

“Slow delivery of order. No dispatch email. No response when I queried when my order would turn up. The products did arrive and blackcat's prices were keen. However, I think their customer service could be better. I'm not sure that I'd order from them again. (my order was #100011594 on 4th December)”

“Worst purchase in Amazon ever! I bought a product from this company that was available to be delivered in Portugal. We bought a lot of itens to be delivered together with Amazon and we had a cheaper delivery. Then I receive this message "Unfortunately, we can only deliver these to UK mainland addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience we may have caused". They promised in the Amazon that this item would be delivered in Portugal and they didn't do any effort to keep their word... Never again....”

“I live in the Republic of Ireland and ordered dog and cat wormer from your website, after I was unable to make a repeat order through Amazon. The delivery address was Parcel Motel in the UK who then transfer the packages to a pickup location the Republic, which is ideal for people who do a lot of shopping through the internet and order items from the UK that wouldn't otherwise be posted internationally. However the products didn't arrive and unfortunately I received no notification. My wife reminded me after several weeks that we hadn't received the worming tablets. I had paid with Amazon Pay, which gave me recourse to raise a query with Amazon to investigate. A full refund has apparently been issued to me, which is great, but I am still left wondering why the worming tablets didn't arrive, and hence I am not confident to order other items from you.”
