Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“You cancelled me order. Yes I got a refund but why list an item for sale if it’s not available to purchase. And you didn’t communicate this I got some bullshit copy and paste email about the courier.”

“I paid extra for express delivery, clearly stated on your site that my package would arrive 24-48 hours... 3 days passed and no package. I could have got he products cheaper elsewhere but used your site as it had next day delivery option which I really needed. I email to ask for a refund of my £4 express delivery fee as I didn’t not benefit from it at all. Customer service from the team left a lot to be desired. I was then told I would be given a refund which had been applied to my account. That was JANUARY 24th. I am still waiting for my refund and I have sent 3 further emails asking where my refund is all of which have been ignored. I will actively urge all of my friends, Work colleagues and dog walkers never to buy from your site. Appalling service then completely ignored when not given a refund as promised. Disgraceful.”

“Money was taken from my bank account for a dog harness that I ordered. Delivery was promised on December 21st the item did not arrive. I emailed the company and they said that they would contact me today (January 2nd) when the company returned after the holiday. I have heard nothing from them they just sent this email with a review to complete.”

“Sent tablets for a cat when I ordered tablets for a dog then I had to send cat tablets back before they'd send me correct tablets or give me a refund really shockingly bad service it was the week before xmas so perhaps they'd had one too many sherries !!”
