“I'm so glad I found Birds. I love wooden glasses and these are amazing quality and fit. I like both the online try-on and the try-at-home service. Sadly they are stopping doing prescription glasses online but I hope I can find a local supplier or persuade my optician to stock them. The Bird customer service is amazing and I love these glasses!”

“After finding out I needed prescription glasses, I wanted to find a pair that were practical, stylish and unique. The blackcap frames fit the bill. It was important to me to find glasses that I could guarantee were sustainably produced and I was assured of that with Bird. Working in forestry it was an extra bonus to get a pair that are made of beech and bamboo. I had to adjust the glasses slightly when they arrived to hook around the ears and head more but I was guided through the process on the online chat and got the fit perfected. I have had so many people compliment the glasses since I started wearing them, people seem to love wooden frames as much as me!”

“I mean, how could you say no to natural, wooden frames?! Blackcap caught my eye instantly, and I knew I had to have them! The frames are comfortable on the face, will guarantee to turn heads and spur conversation, and make the perfect eyewear for a sustainability professional!”
