We truly appreciate hearing about your experience, and we apologise for any disappointment caused. Though small this item is specifically designed for small hands, it is also made from soft cotton rather than synthetic materials, so therefore is more expensive than a standard plush toy.
We understand that the price may have seemed high, and we sincerely apologise for not meeting your expectations in this regard, but the material used are of the highest quality. We aim to provide our customers with the best quality products at worthwhile prices, and we are sorry that we fell short for you on this occasion.
