Ms Watkins did not provide a correct postal address ie house number, her order was returned back to us by Royal Mail and fully refunded.
This review is invalid and fake.

We are so sorry you did not receive your order because you did not provide your correct postal address.
The reason for your order not being delivered is because Royal Mail was unable to deliver to the incomplete postal address you provided, your order was posted to you on time and in good faith, but returned back to our depot.
We have provided you your order paper trail, evidence and tracking, that we used the address you provided, taken directly from our systems and Royal Mails which cannot be amended.
We attended to your concerns quickly and diligently, plus polity. You have been offered and paid a full refund for your order the day the parcel was returned to our depot.
We are incredibly sorry that because of you own error you feel it appropriate to attack our business and good reputation by way of providing fake negative reviews.
We would happily discuss your concerns further if you still feel that you have been treated unfairly or that the product you have reviewed but not actually recived still requires this rating.
