“This is my third Billingham (apart from the 445 and the Hadley Small Pro). As the other two bags this is simply great - concerning looks and functionality. This bag can be used for many purposes as the insert can be taken out completely - yet I like the sewn-in laptop sleeve. As many other reviewers I would recomment bying the shoulder pad as the bag might become quite heavy when full. Besides the product itself Billingham service and support are outsanding. The only thing I regret with regards to Billingham is that I could not persuade myself buying one earlier! In the end that would have saved me quite some money (for other bags)!”

“First of all Billingham quality and support is just great, I have 4 different models and they withstand what ever you throw at them. Rain, dust, sun, dirt, they just get more authentic the more you use them, and you will never wear the out. What I missed in my previous work bak the Hadly Large was a dedicated computer compartment and a luggage strap that are essential when you travel a lot like I do. And you can take it everywhere, during work or a walk in the city for a coffee. When I ordered the bag I also ordered the shoulder pad SP50, this is the same shoulder pad I use on my Billingham 550 that are in a different colour, I prefer the SP50 over the SP20 that are more grippy but don’t have the same padding (the SP50 have more padding and less friction). The insert I use is the full size version, not the half size that comes with the bag. An I really like the Billingham insert, including the super flex that I use in my 550 bag. I also ordered the AVEA 8 side pockets so I have an option, if I needed more storage space, but to be honest they are connect to the bag all the time and are great because of the easy access. As I use a 15’ MacBook Pro from 2015 and it fits into the laptop compartment but it's snug. As I am a Fujifilm shooter I normally have my Leica M10-P and X-Pro3 with 4 primes in the bag and still I have lot of space for other stuff and in one of the side pockets AVEA 8 I have the NISI filer system M75. Have a look at the picture and there is space for much more in the bag. I love this bag and its so convenient to use and to carrie a bag that are handcrafted with passion is just great, its not to large and not to small and it looks just amazing with a quality that are just great. I also get a lot of questions about the bag as its not available in stores in Norway, its pricey but worth the cost and it will keep you happy for many years to come.”

“Like many photographers, I have used lots of camera bags over the years, with numerous pockets for this pockets for that, zips, Velcro straps etc. I found myself changing bags a lot, never finding one that just worked. The Hadley One is for me the perfect camera bag now and for the future, perfectly made with robust materials, it goes everywhere with me, as a day bag or as a camera bag. The full insert allows me to add my Z6 with grip and another lens and accessories, the front 2 pockets contain phone, wallet and other bits. The strap is perfectly sized and I would recommend the padded shoulder strap SP50 it does make a difference on a long walk. The bag has never felt uncomfortable, unlike many others I have used, even on long days out. The material is durable and weather proof, I have no idea why I didn’t buy one sooner. I don’t generally carry a laptop, but I do put my iPad in, in this case it’s better for me to remove the grip (MB-N10) off my Z6. It will hold my 15 inch MacBook Pro but it’s not a perfect fit, a 13 inch is much better fit. Very happy with the bag, and nice to know it’s made just down the road from my home.”

“Purchased this bag outside the UK (Toronto) after using several backpacks and messenger bags, i must say this bag is second to none, i sold all my DSLR lenses and bodies downsized to the Fuji XPro3 and the Fuji X100V. This bag holds a lot, comfy and very durable in the rain (significant purchase ) The Hadley One gives me peace of mind due to its water resistant. I found it to be very light for walking around all day shooting street - Hadley One - Light comfortable and Strong - Holds a lot including light jacket. - Does not get you tired. - well thought out and stitched for strength and durability. Billingham...you have my seal of approval. keep doing what you doing...great things are happening. with your products. Cheers from a from Toronto.”

“I’ve always aspired to owning a Billingham camera bag and my recent purchase of a Leica SL2 / 24-90 lens gave me the perfect excuse. I wasn’t disappointed, the Hadley One is extremely well made and specified and the inclusion of the laptop/ tablet sleeve made it the obvious choice. I also purchased the optional shoulder pad and full width padded compartment for added flexibility. Highly recommend.”
