“I received this item with no fittings to assemble them. Just a box full of wood. I have emailed and emailed. No one seems to be interested in resolving this item. I have a two month old baby and an 18 month old toddler- I am stressed enough, I don’t need any extra stress for an item that I paid for which can be easily resolved. This is really frustrating!!!”
