“I bought this item to fit a specific space requirement of 50 x 50. However, that was item dimensions including the frame wings. I have contacted the company on several occasions to return and have been chinned off completely.... no reply. Poor customer response and service. I am now stuck with the product which I don't need and cannot return since it is outside the 14days. I will NOT be purchasing from this company and will NOT recommend”

“I ordered this wardrobe, the item was sent with the packaging very damaged, I contacted Big Furniture Warehouse and the responded pretty quick saying once item is put up if I let them know if there is any damage they would sort it. I put wardrobe up and it’s had already been used. All the screw holes were blown like they have previously been over tightening. The back panel of the wardrobe already had holes in where someone at fixed it to the back of the wardrobe. There were multiple duplicates of screws and nails that one had been opened and one not again suggesting it had previously been reused. This is disgusting, reading lots of previous reviews there seems to be an issue with damaged goods, shame I didn’t read reviews before I brought the items as I would have gone else where. I contacted The Big Furniture Warehouse after putting the wardrobe up, and guess what they ignored all my emails. What a surprise. Don’t buy from this company it’s a sham!!”
