Created using the Barnes family’s traditional recipe using a blend of Kent grown, orchard ripe culinary & dessert apples which are pressed, fermented and bottled on site here at Biddenden.Our bag in box ciders work to the same principle as a bag in box wine, ready to serve with a built in tap.Each of our ciders are filtered, in the same way our wines are, to create a clear, wine-style cider.
