“Product is very good and BES customer service was excellent. However the delivery company allegedly arrived at 3pm to deliver, and stated no-one was in, we are a busy office, open from 8 am until 5.30 pm, there are circa 40 people, so I would suggest that the delivery company was not truthful, be prepared that the next day delivery may not happen.”

“Bought 3 of these to replace Drayton RT212 which broke down after 18 years. I believe they are an upgrade. A straight replacement and easily fitted. They are functioning perfectly.”
