Having purchased a abertaxA and fitted it to a 50litre trough for animals I was delighted with the speed of flow unfortunately it sticks closed and won`t open so it is useless

Spent years looking for an ON-OFF valve. Needs some attention to inlett discharge. Plumbers fit and away, Silent inlet and antisyphon should be included.to guard against scale build up.

Valve operation worked fine but made an intolerable high pitched noise while tank was filling. BES customer service attitude was if its been fitted we cannot take it back.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the magnetic water inlet valve was noisier than anticipated. Unfortunately company policy is such that we're unable to refund whereby the product has been installed and there's no known fault. Regards, BES
