“Bought as a direct replacement for a failed unit, this product was easy for an amateur to install with clear instructions. It is now tested and working well. However, BES was let down by UPS, who failed to deliver to my address, instead leaving at a Pick- up point some 15 miles away. This was resolved by a very helpful BES employee, Janet in Sales, who chased it out of UPS relentlessly and checked progress until it was delivered (a week late). “First I am not a plumber. My thermostat started buzzing and Google search said that it cannot be fixed so it needs replacing. I Googled the make and Model and was pointed in the direction of BES. I purchased said item and was delivered quickly. I had the room thermostat replaced within 20 minutes this included turning off the power, unscrewing existing backplate, installing new backplate and rewiring (took a photo of current wiring) Works perfectly”
