“Identical item to the very much more expensive G******I diverter valve at a fantastic price. I had previously used the genuine R*******t item out of fear of reliability, (it's the diaphragm that goes), but I have no reason to believe this one will not perform the same ? If the water input pipes don't line up at the back of the valve, it's possible to remove the screws at the rear of the valve and rotate it 90 degrees to line up the connections.”

“Obviously a copy , but works all the same , how long it lasts who knows Fiber washer with it are useless”

“I don't normally write reviews but in this instance, credit where credit is due. I ordered a boiler part which from BES was about half the price of other quotes. It was delivered bang on time. It was easy to order and parts are clearly identified even for a layperson. I passed on the comprehensive catalogue which arrived with the part to the plumber who fitted it. Great service, highly recommended.”
