The Gas Safety Record Form is an essential tool for engineers to record the work carried out on gas installations and appliances. The forms are available in a set of 3 (NCR), with 50 sets per pad. They are colour-coded to streamline distribution with the ‘White’ copy going to the customer or landlord, the ‘Blue’ copy to the tenant (if needed), and the ‘Pink’ copy is retained by the engineer.
