“Arrived with to cracks in which they had attempted to repair with resin. When i called they told me they didn't do that even though i had it in my hand. They asked if i wanted a discount or a new one, I asked for a new one they asked me if i would dispose of the broken one which came with a huge box and lots of plastic I asked them to collect it and dispose of it themselves. So far nothing so now i am stuck with their broken rubbish and packaging from 2 deliveries.”

I'm sure that you can appreciate some items need to be carefully packaged so that they are not damaged in transit.
