5 out of 5 would have been achieved by the inclusion of assembly instructions. I know. I know. Tradesmen should be able to work it out. This tradesman did too but it took time. Time my customer had to pay for. A diagram alone would have sufficed. Not every day a high level cistern is installed. otherwise a good product. There is no chance of mine falling off with 4 good screws holding it but when the chain is pulled sufficient distortion of the case takes place that the siphon/flush pipe joint is stressed. the subsequent weep from the joint had to be addressed.”
