Dear Sister, I have just tested this with the pens we have here. The pens (same style) I just checked all seem fine so it may just be an issue with the one pen you received, but we would like to get this sorted out for you. I checked this issue with Staff here and have been told the ink cartridge may have just come loose inside the pen. This can be remedied by removing (by pulling) the grip from the main barrel of the pen, and just twisting in the cartridge back into place, just as you would if replacing the cartridge.
