“The kit was okay but very awkward to get the stuffing in and when we eventually did it the Velcro which joined at the back was so poor I had to sew the seams so that they wldnt open .”

Hi I am sorry you were unhappy with the product. This is the first we have heard of the issue you had making your animal. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and customer service so are very disappointed to hear that you have had an unsatisfactory experience. I think potentially what may have happened is that you have not pulled out the pocket with the zipper closure. The animal has to be stuffed through the pocket as per the instructions and if you have not done this it will be very difficult to distribute the stuffing and close the opening. We have a one way zipper closure on the pocket and then a Velcro strip which fits neatly across the opening to conceal the zip. We do think that that is probably what has happened but please do get in touch with us directly rather than via the reviews portal so we can talk you through the process or replace the product for you. We never have unhappy customers here !
