“Wasn't sure what to expect but these were very lovely bears and even more beautiful when stuffed. Very happy kids. Only thing to note is the T Shirts did not fit this style, due to the traditional teddy snout.”

“The description on the website detailed something I found out was no longer available - hearts for the bears, but I was delivered wishing stars. If I had known I would have ordered from somewhere else, especially as the customer services had not much to say on the matter!”

I am extremely sorry to hear you felt our service fell short of our usual high standards, and even sorrier to disappoint you as customer. We are usually known for our great customer service, product quality and attention to detail in everything that we do here at Be My Bear. From your review I can see on this occasion although the photograph of the teddy bear party pack clearly pictured wishing stars as part of the party kit, you expected to receive wishing hearts for your children to place inside their teddy bears because the description stated wishing hearts (not stars) were included. I do apologise for the mix-up and disappointment you felt because of this. On investigation, this issue occurred because we are transitioning between wishing stars and wishing heart charms. Please trust me when I say this is not a usual occurrence in our business, as you can see by the many other customer reviews we have gained and I have now changed the listing description so this doesn't happen in future. From your comments I think it's safe to say that you had no issues with our teddy bears themselves and the review more reflects your disappointment in receiving a charm that was unexpected. With this in mind, if you would give us the chance in the future, I would definitely like to win you back and give you the real Be My Bear experience. So if you ever wish to place a further order for teddy bear making kits, then please let me know beforehand and I will personally make sure we make things up to you. “Beautiful big bears. We haven’t had the party yet so I can’t comment on making them but the pack really has everything we need for a great bear party.”
