“Shocking service. Was meant to receive bed mid Jan. We are now almost in mid Feb and I still don't have ANY of the items I ordered. Customer service are unhelpful AND continue to provide me with INNACCURATE information. Then I receive an email asking me to review items that I have apparently received, yet I haven't had them and have been told that they have been dispatched to the courier, who in turn confirmed they don't have them. This service has been shocking, and not what I expect from any purchase, let alone a bed and mattress that cost me £800+.”
