“Young assistant was very attentive and informative but arranged a delivery time confirmed by e mail but it didn't happen and it was me who had to ring and complain.I should have been contacted by the shop or the people delivering .But I am still pleased with the mattress”

“Product excellent value for money. Delivery was promised for Wednesday 21st December with e-mail confirmation with time etc day before, this did not materialise. Telephoned to find out what was happening as wife expected out of the hospital, and delivery was promised later on in the afternoon, again concerned as to when was delivery being made as getting late also cancelled wife return as unable to be certain of delivery. Delivery was made thanks to a member of staff going the extra mile, many thanks to them.”
