“The original base I received had water damage cardboard soaked and seeping through to base, it was wrapped in plastic so i assumed would be dry till i started putting it together, i was going to dry ut and keep it but the wooden slats where also wet and I was worried it would rot or mould . I Called customer service spoke to a gentleman (im sorry i didn't get his name) but he was brilliant and had a new one was made and delivered to me the same day no hassle and now damp !!
