“Absolutely love our new bed, got a major discount from our local store closing down and the service from start to finish was excellent. Delivery was communicated the day before and on the day. There was a slight issue with a foot off the bed being broken on delivery and the new store resolved this for me straight away. Honestly top service from all from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and I will be using them again.”
“the sales persons attitude was quite good and service was good though his promised delivery date did not match up to the admin date , meaning i spent a day at home for no reason.The bed factory company can rest assured that due to the service i received from a various member of staff and the condition of various items received over a period of weeks they have got them selfs a bad publicity person i would advise people to avoid "the bed factory"like the plague”
