“We are pleased with the comfort of the mattress, and it was delivered by helpful staff in a timely manner.
However - we are concerned that from the first time the plastic packaging was removed a strong smell of chemicals came from the mattress. Maybe it could include Chlorine or Ammonia, but it is very unpleasant. Now after a week of being exposed to fresh air ventilation from wide open windows all day long every day, it has not yet completely subsided. Do you know whether these volatiles toxic, and how long do you think it will take before they have become negligible?

“It is the most stunning mattress. I first experienced one of these at a hotel in Lancaster where guests had left reviews about how brilliant the beds were.
